How we work?
IFJ takes all the work off your hands, both for short-term and long-term missions. After you have worked with our account manager to identify all the requirements, he or she sets to work. The account manager selects and screens the right employees using the methodologies laid down in our certification. After the employees have been selected and arrangements have been made for their housing and transportation, they are ready for their first day of work. Contact your account manager with any questions or comments you have. Your account manager will welcome any feedback about the workers and helps you to flexibly adapt the number of workers based on your needs.
